How To Get Half A Billion Dollars For Your GRC For Free? SINGAPORE:
Health Minister and Advisor to Sembawang GRC Grassroots Organisations
Khaw Boon Wan launched the five-year renewal plan for Sembawang GRC on
Saturday morning.
The renewal plan is set to cost about S$500 million and 5,500 new
housing units will also be built.
There will also be various upgrading programmes for selected areas which
will include more cycling paths, childcare centres and nursing homes.

SDP had announced earlier that SDP will be sending a team to contest
Sembawang GRC. Thereafter on 24 April 2011, we have the above news
report of SGD$500 mil renewal plan for Sembawang GRC. Oh of course, PAP
will say that the plan is already in the pipe line blah blah blah ....
Actually, It doesn't really matter to the voters on this upgrading or
renewal when Singaporeans are living in fear of their future, seeing such
fierce competition from cheaper foreign workers that is flooding into
Singapore which until much much complaints online did the government reduced
the great influx of foreign workers. But still it is better than nothing and
one gets the idea how to get half a billion dollars for free, isn't it? In
case, people really don't know or that dumb, the answer is more competition
for your vote lah. What are your views? Do you think in your opinion you
should vote wisely and don't give too high a percentage win for PAP so that
opposition will send a team to contest PAP in your GRC in the next election
thereby giving your GRC a greater chance of getting half a billion renewal
plan for free? What is the value of your vote or rather do you think your
GRC will get such large sum of money had there been no competition for your
